1 house visit. still no dsl for the weekend
the guy who installed by adsl modem and mio tv box came back again today, even though i already told them it was a dsl problem. he says wait for them to fix the dsl.

10.18am: called the mio hotline to get an update of the problem reported yesterday, since nobody responded. they said they would call me back.
12noon: the dsl connection somehow dropped. dsl light on dsl modem keeps flashing green. set top box doesnt start up to the mio tv screen any more.
1.25pm: they called me, i reported the dsl problem. they said they will get somebody else to call me.

called the mio hotline
sent another sms this morning but no response, so i called the mio hotline 1800 555 6000.
the operator was friendly and polite, asked me to restart the mio tv box, but i got the same error.
he said he would forward the problem to another person.

mio tv is here! (the box only)




2 weeks after signing up, 1 week after their first visit, the mio tv box is finally here.
but it shows "your service has been terminated / device could not be activated / device is not registered in obi"
they said they will call me later tonight or tomorrow morning when this is fixed.
meanwhile i just keep powering the box on and off - maybe if i try long enough it will eventually work...
